This piece was an advertising gift for the Austrian stockings company Palmers, marked with their logo.
Last photo shows an at the time scandalous billboard for Palmers stockings in Vienna, designed by graphic designer Gerhard Brause in 1953.
Excellent craftsmanship with a beautiful patina.
