Tea service „Blå Eld“ (blue fire), designed by Hertha Bengtson in 1949 for the Swedish porcelain factory Rörstrand.
The original idea of this design was that the pieces of the series you ate and drank from were made of white ceramic, the blue pieces were reserved for serving dishes, jugs and bowls. The Blå Eld series was in production until 1971.
