Pair of Hans Olsen lounge chairs, manufactured by Juul Kristensen in Denmark in the 1960s. 
Solid teak frame with new Danish cushions in foam, upholstered with Hallingdal fabric by Kvadrat, color code 0457.
The frames have been cleaned and finished with oil.
